The Special Event Genie™ can plan and coordinate your event with the greatest of ease. We can brainstorm a theme or soar with your suggestions. As a professional graphic artist, the Special Event Genie™ can design the invitations, flyers, posters, letters, menus, place cards, promotional items, and party favors to match your theme.

For a charity event — we organize, instruct, and motivate volunteers and committees. For a private party — we hire just the right caterers, florists, entertainment, and transportation.

Whether your event is large or small, a professional event planner can provide value as well as contacting those must-have caterers and entertainers that only take calls from professionals.

Special event planning services include:

Read all the vendor contracts for exclusions and limitations
Make sure the client understands all vendor contracts so that deposits are made promptly
Location selection
Find a caterer who accommodates your theme
Find a florist who will match your theme
Recommend a photographer and videographer (if applicable)
Book a band, orchestra, or DJ and other appropriate entertainment
Organize and instruct committees and volunteers (if applicable)
Design and recommend printers of all paper goods including invitations, wine bottle labels, posters, flyers, letters, etc.
Design and procure party favors
Arrange last minute vendor services - valet parking, etc.
Follow up with all concerned
Day of package services — provides specialized computer printouts using Planning Genie™ software for smooth flow that will orchestrate your event down to the last detail
Politely cope with unruly guests
Ensure that everyone is having the time of their lives
Be on hand for the entire day

Every event is tailor-made.
Prices are customized to the clients needs. A 50 percent retainer is required for planning a full-service event or an hourly rate is available for certain services.

Referrals Wanted:
Hosts and Hostesses: Please bring us another client that signs a contract for our event services and you will receive a 25 percent discount. Or bring us two clients that sign contracts for our services and you will receive a 40 percent discount.
