Special Event Coordinator: Wedding planning services include:

Read all the vendor contracts for exclusions and limitations
Make sure the client understands all vendor contracts and deposits are made promptly
Location selection
Officiate notification or recommendation
Recommend bridal stores or custom couture designers
Find a caterer who accommodates your theme
Find a florist who will match your colors
Recommend a photographer and videographer
Book a band, orchestra, or DJ and other appropriate entertainment
Design and recommend printer of all paper goods including invitations, wine bottle labels, thank-you cards, engagement announcements, menus,etc.
Hire a calligrapher and envelope stuffer
Design and procure party favors
Select a baker to make the cake per theme specifications
Purchase or rent tuxedos
Arrange last minute vendor services in case of unforeseen changes
Follow up with all concerned
Rehearsal dinner and ceremony protocol
Day of package services — provides specialized computer printouts utilizing Planning Genie™ software for smooth flow and to orchestrate your event down to the last detail
Provide moral support to nervous family members

Every wedding is tailor-made.

Prices are customized to the clients needs. A 50 percent retainer is required for planning a full-service wedding or flat fee just for the day of including the rehearsal.

Referral Incentive Program:
Brides: Please bring us another bride that signs a contract for our services and you will receive a 25 percent discount. Or, bring us two brides that sign contracts for our services and you will receive a 40 percent discount.
